• Industry experience in Automotive Dealer, Help Desk System, Document & Process Management System, Healthcare.
• Participate in the requirement gathering sessions with the stakeholders to elicit and manage
• Conduct workshops for the stakeholders from various disciplines to understand their current business process, bottlenecks they encounter and the pain-points that have to be addressed.
• Analyse the requirements and work closely with the subject matter experts to help them formulate a set of defined requirement specifications for the project to be executed.
